Delivery Outside Tbilisi
Currently, we only deliver within Tbilisi. For orders outside Tbilisi, please contact us via email info@1416.ge
We will provide a shipping quote including delivery time based on your location, order weight, and volume.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are complete and correct.
We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
- You may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@1416.ge with your order number within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
